The property was erected in 1975 and is located in Nørrebro in close proximity to Strains and the new metro line “Cityringen” and to three of Nordicom’s other properties. The main tenants are the Municipality of Copenhagen and WWF, both highly credible. Nordicom uses a part of the property as their office.
